Through a grant from the Virginia State Independent Living Council, the dRC provides information and outreach to the city and county of Culpeper, Madison County, Orange County, and the lower part of Rappahannock County. The dRC is working to form a coalition of individuals who are interested in developing a Center of Independent Living in this area of Virginia.
