Housing for People with DD

Housing Resources for People with Developmental Disabilities – June 26, 2017, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services’ (DBHDS) Division of Developmental Services invites individuals and families to an information session about resources to help people in the Settlement Agreement population access housing in the community. The Settlement Agreement Population includes people with developmental disabilities, age 18 and older who are:

  • living in a training center, intermediate care facility, skilled nursing facility or group home and are eligible for the Medicaid DD Waivers (Community Living or Individual Supports waivers)
  • receiving services under the Medicaid DD Waivers
  • on a waitlist for Medicaid DD Waivers
