Support Groups
Support
Groups are an important part of what we do. We not only facilitate
our own groups, but we are always willing to assist other groups who may
need a place to meet or a little help to get going. Both our conference
room and our spacious kitchen area are available for meetings. All
groups at the disAbility Resource Center are consumer-focused, consumer-directed
and consumer-led.
Groups
that meet regularly at the disAbility Resource Center include:
-
Fredericksburg
Club for the Deaf: a social group for persons who share the experience
of deafness
- Hearing Loss Association

adults and others whose lives are touched by hearing loss meet regularly
with informational programs and education on hearing loss being the focus
of the group.Meeting the 3 rd Saturday of every month 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
